मध्य प्रदेश राज्य में स्कूल शिक्षकों की कमी पूरी करने के लिए अतिथि शिक्षक की हर साल भर्ती की जाती है, साथ ही यदि कोई व्यक्ति अतिथि शिक्षक के रूप में कार्य करता है. तो उसे मध्य प्रदेश स्थाई भर्ती में आरक्षण दिया जाता है. अतिथि शिक्षक के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए कोई परीक्षा नहीं देनी होती है. सिर्फ आपकी मेरिट के आधार सिलेक्शन होगा और आपकी नियुक्त 1 वर्ष के लिए होगी.
